How builds are priced

- Each workspace has a daily build limit (10 by default), so AI costs stay predictable for both of us.
- You set the client price
- Packages, extra pages and extras live in your own price list, and the portal computes every price on the server.
- Paid to you directly
- Client payments go straight to your own Mollie or Stripe account. Sitewerf is never in between.

Who owns the site?
You and your client, under your own agreement with them. Sitewerf claims no rights to the theme, the content or the domain. Each site is standard WordPress with a classic PHP theme, so any developer can work on it.
What if I leave?
You take your sites with you. Each site is plain WordPress, files and database, without a proprietary page builder or lock-in plugin. On request we hand over a complete copy of every site, free of charge, so you can run it with any host (terms, article 10).
How do I cancel?
Remove a site in the workspace and billing for it stops; the unused part of a paid month or year is credited on your next invoice. You can end the whole agreement at any time, without a notice period (terms, articles 6 and 10).
Can the price per site change?
Only with at least 2 months' notice by email, so you can adjust your own prices first. A month or year you already paid keeps its price (terms, article 6).
Where is the data, and who is responsible for it?
Sites and backups run on servers in the EU (Germany and Finland). For your clients' data you are the controller and we are your processor; the data processing terms are part of the terms of service (article 8). AI generation runs through Anthropic in the United States; the subprocessor list has every company.
What about my domain?
Domains stay at your registrar, or your client's. You point DNS at the site with the instructions in the workspace, and we issue the certificate. The portal itself can run on a subdomain of your own domain through a CNAME.
What does the AI actually do?
Three things. It turns your client's answers into a structured brief, it generates a first one or two page WordPress theme from that brief, and it makes edits when you ask for them in the chat. Every build passes automated checks (PHP errors, heading structure, escaping, no external scripts), you decide whether you review builds before your client sees them, and nothing goes live without your client's approval.
Do builds cost extra?
No. Builds are included within your daily limit. If you need a higher limit, talk to us.
How do my clients pay?
Through your own Mollie or Stripe account, connected in the workspace. The money goes to you directly and we never hold it. We invoice you separately for your live sites.
